Role Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Business Development Head to lead government business development and sales operations in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Government Business Development Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Sales & Revenue Growth Team Leadership Tender & Proposal Coordination
Required Experience
10–18 years of experience in government sales, institutional sales, education/EdTech/public sector projects.
Skills Required
Government BD, Strategic Sales, Negotiation, Public Sector Engagement, Team Leadership, Tender Understanding, Communication & Relationship Management.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive + Travel Allowance + Revenue-linked Incentives (Negotiable).
Ideal Candidate
Leadership presence, ethical relationship-building, travel readiness, and strong execution capability.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
