Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in a machine manufacturing environment, ideally with prior supervisor or team lead exposure.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CNC/VMC/VTL machine setup and control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
- Competency in using ERP or MRP software for data entry and material tracking.
- Practical knowledge of quality tools like SPC, PFMEA, and 7 QC tools. [, 2, 3]
