We are looking for freelance recruiters who can support bulk hiring mandates for BFSI and NBFC clients across Pan India. This role is ideal for independent recruiters, consultants, and professionals who are comfortable working on commission-based recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify relevant candidates for BFSI and NBFC sales roles across India
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and ensure smooth interview coordination
Share screened and qualified candidates as per job requirements
Work closely with the coordination team for faster closures
Eligibility Criteria
Recruiters with exposure to BFSI or NBFC hiring preferred
Ability to handle bulk or volume hiring mandates
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and personal networks
Good communication and candidate management skills
