URGENT HIRING – ZSM & RSM | SALES LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals for Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales teams across assigned zones/regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, and key customers.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activities.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales, business development, channel sales, or team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Immediate joiners / candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
