Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to handle online advertising, social media management, and lead generation activities for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and improving overall online presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI and lead conversion.
- Manage advertising budgets and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Social Media Management
- Handle and manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content, reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Respond to social media inquiries and coordinate with the admissions/marketing team.
Lead Generation
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns and organic marketing strategies.
- Track and manage leads through CRM systems or lead management tools.
- Coordinate with the counseling/admission team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Improve lead generation strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Content & Branding
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Assist in creating promotional strategies for courses, events, and workshops.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
