Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome customers arriving at the service department and assist them with check-in procedures.
· Understand customer service needs and pass accurate information to the service advisor.
· Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop.
· Maintain and update service records in the DMS (Dealer Management System).
· Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
· Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
· Ensure timely communication of service promotions, reminders, and maintenance tips.
· Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure on-time delivery of serviced vehicles.
· Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets as per Hyundai standards.
· Prepare and submit daily reports to the CRM/Service Manager.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Automobile-related field).
· 1-3 years in automobile sales, retail, or customer service (Hyundai or other automobile brand experience is a plus).
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills
· Strong customer handling & relationship management skills
· Good knowledge of Hyundai models, features, and competitive brands
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
· Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
