THE ROLE
The CEO operates at a high velocity, this role needs someone who can create order from complexity, bring planning and organisation, high rigor in execution, and ensure that nothing important falls through the cracks.
The Executive Assistant will act as the operating backbone of the CEO's office. They will manage priorities, orchestrate schedules, coordinate for critical meetings, consolidate and ensure seamless follow-through across the organisation. The successful role holder will create leverage for the CEO through planning, coordination, organisation, anticipation, and execution excellence.
This role strictly requires someone who is calm, structured, and proactive.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Act as the central coordination point between the CEO and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and execution.
– Own the planning and orchestration of the CEO's calendar, ensuring time is invested against the company's highest priorities.
– Anticipate upcoming commitments, decisions, risks, and dependencies, ensuring the CEO is consistently prepared and informed.
– Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and governance forums, ensuring agendas, materials, actions, and follow-through are managed to a high standard.
– Prepare briefing notes, summaries, consolidate information from different teams and data on the projects, critical work relevant to the CEO.
– Maintain CEO priority list, organize files and information, create meeting cadences, manage confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
– Ensure travel, meetings, external engagements, and stakeholder interactions are flawlessly planned and executed.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
We want to be explicit about scope boundaries:
– This is not an office coordinator or administrative support role focused on scheduling meetings.
– This is not a Chief of Staff role responsible for driving business strategy or business operations.
– Does not need to be extroverted but must have an understanding of stakeholder management across levels, someone who is emotionally mature.

– Tech savvy, working knowledgeable of MS Office and ability to use AI smartly.
– Experience: 7-10 years supporting C-Level leadership in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
– Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration or Project Management. PMP
certified would be added benefit.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
