Corporate Etiquette & Workplace Readiness Trainer
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Engagement Type: Freelance / Per-session
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Etiquette & Workplace Readiness Trainer to conduct 13 interactive training sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, as part of an Industry Readiness Program designed to prepare students for professional work environments.
The trainer will help students develop essential workplace competencies including professional etiquette, discipline, teamwork, accountability, time management, productivity, business communication, reporting, project management, problem-solving, adaptability, and crisis management.
Training Approach
The sessions should be practical, interactive, and workplace-oriented, with a strong focus on helping students understand and apply professional behaviours in real-world situations rather than relying on lecture-based teaching.
The trainer is expected to incorporate:

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate training, learning & development, workplace readiness, professional development, or business etiquette
- Prior experience training college students or young professionals is preferred
- Experience as an L&D Professional, Corporate Trainer, Business Etiquette Consultant, or Workplace Readiness Trainer
- PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
- Strong understanding of corporate workplace practices, professional standards, and organizational behaviour
- Ability to conduct hands-on, activity-based, and simulation-driven training
- Strong knowledge of project management, productivity, problem-solving, and workplace communication
- Ability to create realistic workplace scenarios and practical execution tasks
- Strong facilitation, communication, mentoring, and feedback skills
- Comfortable managing group activities, simulations, and performance-based exercises
- Ability to connect training concepts with real corporate situations and industry expectations
- Must be based in or near Bangalore/Bengaluru and available for in-person training sessions
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
