We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive business growth, generate quality leads, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research potential clients and industries to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and online platforms.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, or Technology Sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and business networking platforms.
- Experience in handling domestic and international clients.
- Understanding of software development and digital transformation services.
