Job Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Admission Manager / Academic Counselor to join our team at Lurnex Skilltech Pvt Ltd, Manjeri. The role involves student counseling, guiding and convincing students and parents, managing the admission process, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls and walk-ins.
- Conduct student counseling to understand academic goals and guide students and parents in choosing suitable programs and courses.
- Effectively convince students and parents to complete the admission process.
- Manage the complete admission process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
- Maintain accurate admission documentation and student records.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- 0–1 year of experience in admissions or academic counseling or sales (freshers are welcome).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and convincing skills may apply.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive and professional approach to work.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
