Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly inbound targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the
customer base.
- Manage Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, and Client Relationship
Management.
- Maintain proper documentation and communicate customer queries
effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills..
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is
preferred.
- Experience: Fresher to 1yr
- Communicate: Effectively in Kannada (Must), English, Hindi (Preferable)
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to
adapt quickly to market changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
