Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients.
- Introduce our company's services professionally.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Gather customer information and update the CRM/database.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
