About the Role
In this role you will be assisting the accounting and finance team at St Jude’s Health Services. St Jude’s is one of the leading health care providers in Australia. St Jude's is a well-established healthcare provider in Australia. Your primary responsibilities and day-to-day duties include:
· Preparing setting up clients internally, creating service and accommodation agreements following up to ensure these are signed and returned
· Monitoring service agreements, consent forms, expired/expiring plans and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the continuation of services for participants.
· Assist with audits, incident reporting and compliance checks
About You
To be successful in this role you should have :
· Previous administrative experience and claim for cash.
· Understanding a structured framework, plans, and funding structures
· Microsoft Office suite particularly excels (numbers literacy and experience with reconciliation from an AR perspective will be useful)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Customer Service Oriented and Compliance driven
· Ability to question direction
· Professional and confidential in their approach
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
· Strong problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
