Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-OutsAbout the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Outs to oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and delivering projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of execution.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical or execution-related issues.
- Verify measurements, site conditions, and work completion before billing and handover.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material consumption reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of required materials in coordination with the procurement team.
- Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors during site visits and inspections.
- Support project handover by ensuring snag-free completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out projects, preferably residential or commercial.
- Good knowledge of interior finishing works including carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
