Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and government sectors.
- Generate enquiries for Electrical Panels and EPC Electrical Projects.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, system integrators, industries, and government organizations.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Sales & Marketing
- Promote the company's Electrical Panels and EPC services.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and finalize orders.
- Follow up with customers until order closure.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong technical knowledge of LT & HT Electrical Systems
- Knowledge of Electrical Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, Synchronization Panels, Bus Ducts)
- Understanding of EPC Industrial Electrical Projects
- Knowledge of tendering and techno-commercial proposals
- Strong presentation and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software
- Willingness to travel across India
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
