We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to manage and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to provide feedback and coaching.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Resolve conflicts and handle escalations promptly and professionally.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to management.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Field sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Team management: 2 years (Preferred)
