Specialist Deputy Manager, Talent Development
Drive learning technology initiatives that support Deloitte’s talent development strategy. In this role, you will lead complex projects, help define future-state learner experiences, and support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions across the learning ecosystem. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, strong project management discipline, and experience translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Talent Development on the Learning Technology & Innovation team, you will be responsible for…
- Plan and manage complex learning technology projects, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements in partnership with stakeholders and technology collaborators
- Support the design, testing, and integration of learning technology solutions across Deloitte processes and systems
- Conduct research to evaluate learner needs, technology trends, and solution options, including build-versus-buy considerations
- Develop project documentation, points of view, frameworks, and roadmap deliverables that support learning technology innovation
The team
The Learning Technology & Innovation (LTI) Team is focused on modernizing the US Member Firm’s learning architecture and its related processes as well as helping contribute to a streamlined learning technology ecosystem for the future. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on achieving the US Member Firm’s learning vision and strategy by developing solutions that enable top-notch growth and development opportunities for our professionals.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-9 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, learning technology, talent development, or a similar function
- Experience managing projects across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Experience documenting business requirements, system requirements, or user stories
- Experience supporting testing, defect tracking, or system integration activities
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience creating PowerPoint materials for stakeholder or client audiences
Preferred:
- Experience working in learning and development
- Experience working with corporate learning technology systems
