Job Description
Title : Supply Analyst
Department: Operations – Supply Chain
Location : Navi Mumbai
Reports To : Senior Manager Supply & Material Planning
Roles & Responsibility:

Collect data on supply chain operations & analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.

Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.

Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors, establish a supplier reliability matrix.
-
Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
-
Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
-
Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.

Complete ownership of OTIF – improvement by identifying gap in supply planning operations to improve efficiency.

Analyze current data and drive improvisation projects to reduce STO .
Competencies required:
Functional
-
Demonstrated broad understanding of purchase and supply chain processes
Qualifications
-
Education: BE + bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management or Operations Management.

Experience: 6 to 8 Year, Previous experience in supply planning / inventory management in construction chemical industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, Power BI and data analysis tools.

Advantage: Worked in lean set up.
