Responsibilities:
· Answering phones and solving the issues/ requirement of the customers.
· To do follow-ups of customers via email or call.
· Maintain all the records with their call and email status in excel sheets.
· Have to do data entry for the restaurant menu.
· Provide service and customer support during phone call.
· Install our POS software in their System / Device via Google meet/ Any desk, on Field, etc.
· Give training about our product to our client.
· Build positive relationships with customers.
· Work to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by organization
· Responsible to be fully aware of Ciferon products and able to demonstrate them
· Submit daily or weekly reports with activities to seniors
Experience Range - 06 months to 01 year
Candidate Attribute -
· Should have Good Communication Skills
. Must have typing speed above 30 WPM
· Post Graduate will be preferred
. Fresher are also invited.
· Candidate should have good Presentation Skills
