We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer + Procurement Specialist
Looking for a dynamic professional who can handle both engineering and procurement responsibilities for our India and USA-based projects. This is a position ideal for someone who understands construction workflows and can efficiently manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing for ongoing projects in India and the USA.
Position: Civil Engineer + Procurement Specialist
Location: Bopal Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Scope:
Review project bids, and technical specifications
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Assist in project planning and reporting
Procurement Scope:
Manage purchasing operations for USA projects
Identify, evaluate, and onboard registration for suppliers/vendors
Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders
Track orders, deliveries, and inventory coordination
Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Strong understanding of construction materials and procurement processes
Excellent communication skills (Fluent English is a must)
Strong understanding of building materials and sourcing
Good negotiation and analytical skills
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Performance Incentive: 5% profit sharing on USA projects
