About the Role
SwiftMove Logistics is hiring a Fleet Supervisor to manage day-to-day fleet operations, driver scheduling and vehicle maintenance to ensure timely, cost-effective and safe delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatch and routing
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, compliance and documentation (permits, insurance)
- Manage driver performance, attendance and training/safety compliance
- Track fuel consumption, fleet costs and identify optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to meet delivery SLAs
- Maintain fleet records and prepare operational reports
Requirements & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in fleet/transport operations
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, compliance and logistics documentation
- Strong people-management and scheduling skills
- Proficiency in fleet management software/Excel
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
