We are looking for an energetic, people-first Travel Community Manager / Group Coordinator to lead, manage, and engage our community of travelers.
This role is perfect for a social butterfly who knows how to break the ice, build a tight-knit community, and keep a group of travelers engaged—both online and offline. Freshers with a background or deep passion for the travel industry are highly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Group Management & Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for our travel groups. Moderate conversations, spark discussions, and keep the community active and excited about upcoming trips.
- Ice-Breaking & Activities: Organize virtual or in-person meetups, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to help travelers connect with one another.
- Travel Content & Information Sharing: Share relevant travel tips, itineraries, packing guides, and destination insights to educate and inspire the group.
- Customer Support & Guidance: Address questions, resolve minor conflicts or concerns within the group, and ensure every member feels included and valued.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the community to help us improve future travel experiences and itineraries.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Open to Freshers! A degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Communications is a plus, but a genuine passion for travel is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to command a room (or a chat group) with confidence and warmth.
- People Skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to manage diverse personalities and keep group dynamics positive.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with community platforms (WhatsApp groups, Discord, Facebook Groups) and social media is preferred.
- Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected group queries calmly and professionally.
