A Business Development Executive (BDE) at NFAD Society is responsible for promoting the society’s financial products and services, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The BDE must identify potential members/customers, explain loan and deposit schemes, support documentation, and ensure timely collections and follow-up. The role includes field visits, lead generation, marketing activities, customer service, and coordinating with the branch team to ensure smooth processing of applications and disbursement. The BDE should also ensure compliance with NFAD rules, maintain accurate records, and report daily activities to the Branch Manager/Area Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate new customers and membership for NFAD Society
- Promote loan products, savings schemes, and other society services
- Conduct field visits, door-to-door marketing, and business tie-ups
- Collect leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Assist customers in application filling and documentation
- Coordinate with branch staff for loan processing and approvals
- Ensure timely loan repayment follow-up and collection support
- Maintain good relationship with customers and resolve queries
- Attend marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets as assigned
- Maintain daily report, customer database, and visit records
- Ensure all activities follow NFAD Society policies and procedures
- Support branch operations when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,640.77 - ₹30,000.00 per month
