Job Title: Software Asset Management
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 3 years
SCOPE OF WORK
· Assign tickets received from service desk and users for software requirements.
· Follow approval process and seek business justification wherever required.
· Raise software requests to SAM team on behalf of users
· Communicate users on current progress and next steps forward related to their requests.
· Share relevant information with service desk related to particular software requests as and when requested.
· Coordinating with SAM and deployment team for application to reflect in users catalogue for installation.
· Software Asset Management Analyst, person to work on SAM Daily Operations requests.
· Tracking of all software licenses and application
· Perform Software License Audits, handling user requests and escalations. Handle user requests for software and licenses.
· Process tickets within SLAs and escalate if required, Perform software licensing audit and governance activities to avoid risk.
· Knowledge on ITSM tool and ITIL Preferred.
