Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher

Reports To: Centre Head / Principal
Job Summary
A Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years. The teacher plans and delivers age-appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development while fostering a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct interactive classroom activities based on the preschool curriculum.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning.
- Develop children's language, motor, cognitive, and social skills.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate strategies.
- Organize celebrations, events, field trips, and special activities.
- Ensure children's health, safety, and hygiene at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve educational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd, NTT, Montessori, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for teaching young children are welcome; prior preschool experience is an advantage.

Working Hours
