As a Fashion Consultant you will responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by providing personalized styling advice, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards. The role requires strong fashion awareness, customer engagement skills, and a passion for retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits and accessories
- Provide personalized styling advice based on current trends and brand collections
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on latest fashion trends, promotions, and product knowledge
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 –3 years of experience in retail/fashion (freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and styling
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Take-home)
- Incentives: Performance-based
