Job Summary
Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Process guest bills and handle payments when required.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
