Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Educator to support students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will work with children with learning disabilities, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and other challenges to help them achieve their academic and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to identify student learning needs
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to suit student abilities
- Work closely with parents, therapists, and school staff
- Monitor and report student progress regularly
- Support behavioral, social, and communication development
- Use inclusive and child-centered teaching strategies
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of special education needs and inclusive education
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to create customized learning plans
- Classroom management and behavioral support skills
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in inclusive/special schools
- Knowledge of assistive learning tools and therapies
- Training in autism, learning disabilities, or early intervention
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
