NRI Client Servicing

The position purpose is to Handling of NRI Services including end to end monitoring and controls.
· Client Onboarding and Documentation -
Assist NON Resident Client in Trading and Demat account setup process, including collecting required documentation, verifying identities and explaining account features.
Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Client records and documentation in Compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Issue Resolution -
Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, and discrepancies related to their accounts or transactions.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution and satisfactory outcomes.
· Trade Settlement and Margin Updation –
Reporting of Trades to partner banks and Custodial Participants upon billing confirmation, Settlement of all Trades within trade cycles.
Preparing of PIS bank account balances considering pledge margin excluding ledger credit within TAT and share the same with RMS keeping records on daily basis.Investigate on pending Pay in / Payout also margin issues and resolve with reference to all PIS and NON PIS client’s.
· Computation of NRI Taxation –
Computing of TDS on Capital Gains for NON PIS client’s basis on specified percentage as per guidelines.
Ensuring posting of correct TDS entries in clients ledger on each follow sell trades within TAT on daily basis.
· Relationship Management –
Manage and nurture a dedicated portfolio of clients, understanding their specific trading and investment needs with focus on equity, mutual funds etc.
Pursue acquisition of new clients by leveraging referrals from existing clients, overseas branches, sub brokers, franchisee and partners in key geographies
We’ll need you to bring:
· Essential Graduate / Post Graduate with experience of 3+ years preferably within Broking / Wealth Management Industry;additionally, Skills attribute in MS Office, NISM Certification.
· Domain knowledge of equity broking products and portfolio solutions for NRI clients (including stocks, mutual funds, PMS etc.)
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
