Job Description
Digitron Integrators Pvt Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic AMC Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day execution of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations for ELV and Electronic Security Systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and related ELV systems.
The selected candidate will be deployed to support Adani Group projects while being on the payroll of Digitron India. This role requires close coordination with clients, field engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, timely issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise AMC Engineers and Service Technicians across assigned sites.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor daily preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with client representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage service schedules, engineer deployment, and resource planning.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams for ELV and Security System-related issues.
- Monitor AMC and warranty status and ensure timely renewals and contract compliance.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct team meetings, monitor team performance, and mentor engineers for continuous improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation, service records, and coordination with the operations team.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), Networking, and other ELV systems.
- Good understanding of IP Networking, Routers, Switches, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AMC Operations, ELV Systems, Security Systems, or Technical Service Management.
- Prior experience in leading field service teams is preferred.
- Experience working with large corporate or industrial clients will be an added advantage.
Candidate Preference
- Only candidates residing in Ahmedabad or nearby locations should apply.
- Candidates with proven experience in ELV, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and AMC Operations will be preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong managerial, coordination, and client-facing skills.
- Experience handling enterprise clients, especially Adani Group projects, will be considered an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Gujarat as required.

Salary: ₹32,800 – ₹37,800 per month (Based on Experience)
Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Client Deployment at Adani Group Projects)
Travel Requirement: Up to 20% within Gujarat, based on project and AMC requirements.
