Job Summary
Jaiswal Group is seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Senior Executive – Administration to manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars for department heads.
Schedule meetings, appointments, conference calls, and business events.
Coordinate meeting rooms, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Track important deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle confidential company information with integrity.
Office Administration
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Manage office assets, inventory, and administrative records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor office supplies and procurement requirements.
Maintain proper filing systems and documentation.
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange domestic travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.
Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, and business documents.
Maintain departmental records and databases.
Support management with documentation and correspondence.
Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
Ensure timely communication between departments.
Assist management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
