About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Partner Success Officer (PSO) to manage and nurture relationships with our partners and clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success of our SmoothOps and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner & Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries and support.
- Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with partners.
Project & Account Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
- Track implementation progress and ensure smooth onboarding of partners.
- Monitor partner accounts and proactively address issues or concerns.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients, partners, and internal teams.
Task & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple partner accounts and operational tasks simultaneously.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and project updates.
- Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Product Adoption & Success
- Assist partners in understanding and utilizing SmoothOps and SaaS solutions effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and product adoption.
- Gather partner feedback and coordinate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, Project Coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with SaaS products or technology solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.
