Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll modules.
- Design and build integrations using tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and APIs.
- Develop reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle HCM reporting tools.
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and processing flows.
- Customize and enhance HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support data migration, data validation, and data reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and payroll-related issues.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.
- Strong experience in:
- Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll)
- Fast Formulas
- HCM Extracts & HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- BI Publisher & OTBI Reports
- Knowledge of payroll processing, elements, and statutory requirements.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC).
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
