We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions primarily focused on Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
- Work extensively on Salesforce Service Cloud features including Service Cloud Console, Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
- Develop robust and scalable Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce pages, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement Platform Events and other Salesforce integration technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers.
- Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical and production issues.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex and Apex Triggers.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Visualforce and Aura Components.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Knowledge of Service Cloud Console, Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and CTI.
- Experience with Platform Events.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and development best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, Apex, LWC, integrations, and Service Cloud functionalities will be preferred.
