What you can look forward to as Senior Manager - Supply chain (m/f/d):
Implementation of Sourcing & Purchasing VAVE/CRP projects to attain YoY target savings of 3% from Yearly spend value.
Future projects pipeline creation by handling Localization, Re-sourcing, VAVE-CRP projects, Nego projects, SOB change projects from High to Low cost suppliers, Proximity analysis to reduce transport costs & Direct buy projects.
SWAT case creation and approval for new business, source change, second source introduction and process change etc.
Ensure QCD with all suppliers to support sales & marketing team.
Handling all commercial workings, increase and decrease approvals, Part & Tooling PO amendment.
Capacity management with key suppliers, Machine hour rate and process cost calculation for price negotiation with suppliers.
Developing cost estimates & projections for commodities like Stamping, Forging, Casting (PDC/GDC/Ferrous), Sintering, Plastic Injection/Compression molding, Rubber parts, Springs, Motors, Fabrication & Standard parts.
Your Profile as Senior Manager - Supply chain (m/f/d):
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Value Management
10 to 15 years Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Strong communication and coordination skills
