Job Summary:
V R Power is looking for an experienced and result-oriented TSP Vertical Head to lead and scale telecom infrastructure operations with complete ownership of business growth, execution management, customer handling, collections, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve TSP revenue targets for FY 2026–27 and future growth plans
- Manage telecom client relationships and customer coordination
- Lead operational teams across Delhi, Gujarat, and expansion circles
- Ensure execution quality, billing, collections, and project timelines
- Drive profitability through strong vendor and cost management
- Build accountability and reporting culture within teams
- Support new business development and expansion initiatives
- Monitor field execution, escalations, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with PMs, vendors, SCM, and management teams
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong Telecom Infrastructure / TSP industry background
- Experience in telecom project execution and operations management
- Exposure in handling large field teams and PMs
- Strong commercial understanding of revenue, margins, and operations
- Leadership mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Willingness to travel and work in a target-driven environment
