Job Summary
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience, handling guest feedback, and maintaining strong guest relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu, services, and offers.
- Ensure a smooth guest experience throughout their visit.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to meet guest requirements.
- Maintain guest records and preferences for personalized service.
- Follow up with guests to gather feedback and improve satisfaction.
- Promote loyalty programs, events, and special offers.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and presentable.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; Hotel Management preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Restaurants, Hotels, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems.
