Job Summary
UrbanBridge Ventures is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and general ledger.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, or higher qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Prior accounting experience is preferred but motivated fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
