We are currently recruiting candidates for the post of "Sales Manager " (Engineering Background with MBA preferable)
Exp: 5 Years and above.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Samarth Security at Mumbai HQ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, such as identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Products and Solutions :
1. Security Screening Solutions : The premise security portfolio of Samarth Security Systems offers you an array of efficient products ranging from Walk Through Metal Detector (DFMD),Hand Held Metal Detector (HHMD), X-ray Baggage Scanner, Hand Held X Ray Scanner, Swing/ Flab Barrier, P Gate Barrier, Tripod, Turnstile, Explosive Trace Detector and other products.
2. Smart & Safe City Solutions : CCTV, Traffic Solution, ITMS & Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
The ideal candidate should Possess:
- Proven track record in software sales for Product & CCTV & AI video analytics/FRS/VMS solutions.
- A thorough understanding of the market landscape and customer behaviour in the assigned regions.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Candidates should have 5 plus years of relevant experience in the assigned regions.
Roles and responsibilities will include :
Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the assigned regions.
- Establishing and nurturing relationship with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, consultant and partners.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives set for the respective regions.
- Providing regular reports and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Taking feedback from the customers and working upon them.
- Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
- Tracking and analysing the sales performance metrics.
- Understanding the current market potentials.
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
- Building a positive relationship with the customers.
- Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
- Strong communication skills including both verbal and written, Eager to take challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
