We’re looking for a Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of experience to join us in working with ambitious MSMEs.
At BSMART, we work closely with growing businesses that often do not have access to the kind of strategic, financial, and process support that larger companies do. Our job is to help them solve real business problems — not just advise from the outside, but get involved, design solutions, and help make things happen.
This role is for someone who enjoys being on the ground and is happy to get their hands messy.
You’ll work on:
- Business process consulting and implementation
- Strategic advisory for MSMEs
- MIS, dashboards, SOPs, controls, and process improvements
- Problem-solving in situations where data is incomplete, systems are messy, and the answer is not obvious
- Working directly with founders, promoters, and leadership teams
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified CA
- Has strong Excel, Power BI, and Tally skills
- Is comfortable with client interaction and travel within Pune
- Has a strong bias for action and ownership
- Enjoys solving problems with uncertainty
- Cares about helping MSMEs grow
Zoho / Odoo experience is a plus. Internal audit experience is a big plus.
