Responsible for overall production planning, coordination, and execution of garment manufacturing processes. Ensure timely production as per order schedule while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency. Manage production teams across cutting, stitching, and finishing departments, monitor daily output, and resolve production issues. Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
