- Sales & Marketing: Generate leads, pitch policies, and build long-term client relationships to expand the portfolio.
- Policy Administration: Explain coverage terms, handle renewals, and ensure applications meet underwriting standards.
- Inquiry Management: Answer questions regarding deductibles, coverage limits, add-ons, and inclusions.
- Account Servicing: Process billing, handle beneficiary changes, update records, and route complex cases to specialized agents.
- Conflict Resolution: Listen to customer complaints, type up incident reports, and strive for quick resolutions.
