Financial & Accounting Management:
- Maintain accurate daily books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Process invoices, receipts, and vendor payments, managing both accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and payroll processing.
- Reconcile bank statements, manage petty cash, and prepare periodic financial reports. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Office Administration & Leadership:
- Oversee daily office operations, front desk activities, and facility management.
- Manage inventory, procure office supplies, and ensure all equipment is functional.
- Coordinate staff meetings, prepare minutes, and handle internal/external correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and building management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
