Primary ResponsibilitiesService Delivery
- Execute on-site service calls at client facilities as assigned through the ShyftCare platform
- Perform comprehensive Carpentry and Interior work in commercial environments
- Ensure end-to-end resolution of technical issues while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction
Technical Operations
- Install, test, and commission Civil & Interior (CNI) works, including partitions, flooring, ceilings, painting, carpentry, glazing, and modular furniture systems within commercial spaces
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all interior and civil elements to ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics, and safety standards
- Identify defects and carry out repairs, including cracks, leakages, surface damages, joinery issues, and finishing inconsistencies using appropriate tools and techniques
- Maintain and oversee interior infrastructure, including workstations, partitions, doors, hardware fittings, false ceilings, wall finishes, and common area elements to ensure a high-quality workplace environment
Documentation & Compliance
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate system installation
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, equipment inventories, and service history
- Document maintenance schedules and track completion of assigned tasks
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with other trades, technicians, and vendors to ensure seamless integration
- Collaborate with specialized contractors for complex repairs, servicing, and system upgrades
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize operational downtime
Professional Development
- Stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in CNI
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and service delivery capabilities
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
