- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire fit-out process from initial mobilization to final site handover and sign-off.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact among clients, designers, contractors, and MEP consultants to resolve any site conflicts or design discrepancies.
- Budgeting & Commercial Management: Manage project Profit & Loss (P&L), handle cost control, prepare cash flow forecasts, process vendor billing, and manage change orders.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Develop and execute detailed project timelines, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure efficient labor allocation.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Typically 5 to 15+ years of hands-on execution experience in commercial, hospitality, or retail interior fit-outs.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of finishing materials, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integration, and structural elements. Strong command of drafting/scheduling tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Core Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, robust risk mitigation, and excellent client management abilities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
