Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Lead, train, and manage the CRM team to ensure KPIs and customer service SLAs are met.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on personalized campaigns.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of CRM tools and technologies.
- Develop dashboards and reports for management review.
- Handle escalations and high-value customer interactions directly.
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–8 years of experience in CRM roles, with 2+ years in a managerial position.
- Expertise in CRM platforms ( 4QT, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong business orientation.
