Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day stainless steel fabrication and production activities.
· Manage fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, and assembly.
· Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
· Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and production layouts.
· Coordinate with production managers, designers, and quality teams.
· Monitor workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing standards.
· Supervise welders, fabricators, polishers, and helpers on the shop floor.
· Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
· Conduct quality inspections for dimensions, finishing, and structural accuracy.
· Maintain workplace safety and machine operation standards.
· Track daily production reports and manpower attendance.
· Coordinate machine maintenance and troubleshoot fabrication issues.
· Ensure compliance with company production procedures and deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
