Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boilers, burners, pumps, feed-water systems, and associated equipment.
- Maintain required boiler pressure, temperature, water level, and operating parameters.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify abnormal conditions.
- Perform boiler start-up, shutdown, blowdown, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain boiler logbooks, operating records, and daily checklists.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintain efficient boiler operation.
- Check water quality and coordinate with the water-treatment team.
- Carry out basic preventive maintenance and report equipment faults.
- Follow all safety procedures, statutory requirements, and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness around the boiler area.
- Immediately report leaks, pressure abnormalities, alarms, or other unsafe conditions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Boiler Operator / Boiler Attendant Certification recognized by the applicable statutory authority.
- Practical experience operating industrial boilers.
- Good knowledge of boiler safety, pressure systems, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to read and maintain operational logs and checklists.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
