Job Summary:
We are looking for customer-focused and communication-skilled candidates to handle inbound customer calls. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve product, service, billing, or account-related queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in the local language and/or English.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Eligibility:
- 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in inbound customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,207.59 per month
