Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **HR Generalist** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment and basic HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Post job openings on Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
Assist in payroll processing and coordination.
Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and/or HR Operations.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and basic HR operations.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Immediate joiners preferred.
